Whirlpool Building Blocks 2009

Applications are now being accepted for Whirlpool Building Blocks 2009 in Atlanta, Georgia from August 31 – September 4.

Volunteers will convene in Atlanta to build eight energy-efficient homes in partnership with hardworking Habitat families. All volunteers will be required to commit to participating in the build for the entire week.

All lodging and some meal expenses on the build site will be paid by Whirlpool, but you must provide your own transportation to Atlanta. Anyone 18 and older can apply. You don't have to be a Whirlpool employee or even a regular Habitat volunteer to apply.
