If you are interested in any of the following opportunities, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

Educate Your Community program

This program suggests that your youth group go out into a neighborhood of your choice, going door-to-door to hand out flyers about our volunteer opportunities and about our ReStore. This gives the kids a chance to advocate Habitat's mission by explaining our program and showing people how they can help.

Learning about Poverty in America

With this program, we have invited youth to come to the build site after construction is completed for the day. Our construction manager and the organization's group leader will show the group our construction process and explain the Habitat program and its mission to end sub-standard housing around the world, one house at a time.

How a House is Built

This is a fun opportunity for a youth group to watch the house-building process. The group would set a goal to raise an amount of money to donate to the home they are watching being built, perhaps designated to a specific aspect of the home build. Habitat for Humanity of Utah County will send photos of the home in every stage. At the completion of the home, the group is invited to attend the Ribbon Cutting and celebrate the success along with the family.

Scrapbooking the Journey

Put your creativity to work scrapbooking a family's journey to homeownership! Habitat for Humanity of Utah County will send you photos of the home throughout its different stages so you can put together a scrapbook for the future family. At the completion of the home, your group will be invited to the Ribbon Cutting, where you can present the scrapbook to the family. For more help with this project, go to Habitat Trekkers.

Volunteer Refreshments

Make treats for our hard-working build day volunteers! Bake any type of tasty treat and deliver them to our weekly builds. Please plan on making about 20 servings per treat.
